Your moods are so inconsistent because of your hormones and it is totally normal when going through puberty. Ways to control your emotions: -Take deep breaths -Tell yourself that it’s ok -Take breaks -Acknowledge your emotions -Take a walk

When you get cramps, drink Herbal teas, hot water, and eat dried dates for smoother flow. If you start getting cramps while doing a sport, take pain relieving medicine to alleviate the pain if comfortable, take breaks, and drink warm water.

Use deodorant if needed, take a bath, and clean your body with good-smelling soap every day! If you bleed through, don’t be afraid to ask to go to the bathroom and change, always bring spare underwear and pants to prevent this from happening.
